Do you fancy a tasty pudding without spending too much time in the kitchen – here is the perfect easy quick fix for you!

Ingredients (5 slices)

1 frozen puff pastry sheet
A handful of frozen raspberries
A handful of fresh strawberries or bluberries
250ml thick custard
A small nut of soft butter
A sprinkle of flour
2 tbsp sugar

1. Take your frozen pastry sheet and raspberries out of the freezer and leave on the side to defrost for 10 mins. In the meantime, start greasing the baking tray with the butter and then flour it lightly to make it non stick.

2. Cut the pastry into 5x main rectangular pieces and 10 thin bands with the left over piece. Prick with a fork and place on the tray. Cook in the oven for 15 mins or until nice and brown.

3. Spread a generous dollop of custard on each pastry piece and top with a layer of strawberries, a few raspberries and the small crispy pasty strips on top! Sprinkle with sugar and you’re done!

If you wanted to be even lazier, you could drop the fresh berries and just use the frozen ones.
